Material Handler (Filtration)

Location: Middletown, Delaware, United States; onsite at the plant and warehouse

What you will do

• Move raw materials, finished goods, scrap, equipment, and other materials within the plant.
• Operate powered industrial trucks, electric pallet jacks, hoists, Hi-Los, and related material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload palletized materials in warehouse racks and assist Shipping/Receiving with truck loading and unloading.
• Drive a company box truck between warehouse storage areas.
• Organize and label stored materials while maintaining production supply and inventory accuracy.
• Record material movements and shipments in Syteline/WMS using a barcode scanner, and support 5S, housekeeping, and physical inventory activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating powered industrial forklifts, electric pallet jacks, hoists, Hi-Los, or similar lifting and moving equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, follow multi-step instructions, plan work from daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, and work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet, and manufacturing software, plus basic whole-number arithmetic.
• Effective communication, sound judgment, and ability to handle non-standardized situations with multiple variables.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, work weekends, and work overtime when required.

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Previous forklift-driving or warehouse experience.
