Order Management Specialist - UK

What you will do

• Build relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries professionally and promptly.
• Process order entries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Manage backlogs, replacements, and free-of-charge shipments proactively.
• Track shipments and installations to support timely revenue collection.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve order and customer service matters.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Previous client or customer service experience in a busy environment.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and different business systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system and Salesforce.
• Fluent written and verbal English required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Nordic language skills.
