Customer Service Representative (Utilities)

Crane Building Services and Utilities designs, manufactures, packages, and markets engineered flow-control solutions for HVAC and utility sectors as part of Crane Co.'s Fluid Handling Division.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact for utilities channel partners and customers.
• Prepare, track, and follow up on sales quotations in Salesforce with external sales.
• Process customer orders accurately, validating part numbers, prices, lead times, delivery requirements, and Incoterms.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, technical, and other internal departments to resolve enquiries and customer concerns.
• Expedite orders, provide status updates, manage reschedules, cancellations, and order changes.
• Contribute to KPI achievement, Kaizen initiatives, problem solving, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of IT and ERP applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional customer management and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high customer service standards.
• Self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to ensure compliance with United States Government Export Laws.
