CRM Senior Programmer Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Develop production-quality Apex, including classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, scheduled Apex, unit tests, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Build Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows using modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, wire services, event handling, and declarative automation.
• Implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, named credentials, middleware, error handling, and retry logic.
• Implement Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions, including custom Apex actions, Prompt Builder templates, Agent Script, Trust Layer guardrails, data streams, identity resolution, insights, and activations.
• Deliver secure, tested features through GitHub and Salesforce CI/CD tooling, manage sandbox environments, support releases, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Test Automation Engineers, Product Owners, and engineers throughout Agile Scrum delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and/or platform configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce data and security models, governor limits, bulkification, CRUD/FLS, SOQL injection prevention, XSS/CSRF protection, and multi-tenant constraints.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce deployment tooling, CI/CD practices, and Agile Scrum delivery.
• Ability to use AI-augmented, spec-driven workflows and rigorously verify AI-generated code for correctness, security, test coverage, and architectural compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
• The role is remote from Mexico and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, ServiceMax, Conga CPQ/CLM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or regulated environments such as HIPAA, FDA, or SOX.
• Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, or Data Cloud Consultant.
