Salary: $65,000 annual base salary plus monthly commissions

What you will do
- Learn and apply the sales process, products, services, and sales administration procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and account contacts.
- Conduct market research, analyze territory information, identify trends, and develop sales strategies.
- Observe and support account calls while following established sales steps.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations.
- Participate in educational activities and keep sales and marketing knowledge current.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Michigan.
- Strong communication, listening, presentation, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to influence, persuade, negotiate conflict, handle rejection, and solve problems creatively.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
