Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end order processing from entry in the ERP system to final delivery.
- Monitor the order lifecycle in close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Provide proactive support to domestic and international clients regarding schedules and inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate issue resolution across departments.
- Ensure adherence to Incoterms and contractual delivery conditions.
Requirements
- German and English: Business fluency required (written and spoken).
- Completed commercial training or apprenticeship in industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade.
- 2+ years of experience in internal sales, order management, or customer service.
- Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP SD or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms and logistics compliance.
- Must have the right to work in Germany.
