What you will do
- Meet one-on-one with an ING trainee from a selected track.
- Learn about trainee rotations, daily activities, and challenges.
- Explore tracks in HR, Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Operations and Change, Risk, Finance, Analytics, and Tech.
- Prepare questions about the traineeship you would like to explore.
Requirements
- Be a master's student or in the final year of a bachelor's degree.
- Meet the requirements of the ING traineeship.
- Submit a resume and motivational letter in English.
- Specify the traineeship track and questions for the meeting in the motivational letter.
