Talent Acquisition Specialist Utrecht (FMCG)

Location: Utrecht factory as the main working location, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week from the Amsterdam office and 2 days from home. An additional 20 days per year may be worked from anywhere.

hirify.global operates a food and beverage manufacturing factory in Utrecht and is hiring for its Talent Acquisition team.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, quality, EHS, planning, finance, and other operational roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify current and future workforce needs.
• Lead early-career recruitment for GMT traineeships and apprenticeships, including career fairs and online events.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent partners.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda and deliver diversity KPIs.
• Train the business in interviewing skills, best practices, and unconscious-bias awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Availability to work on-site three days per week.
• Solid agency-side or in-house recruitment experience, including essential workforce roles.
• Strong project management skills and experience handling high-volume recruitment across multiple functions and hiring managers.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, collaboration, and recruitment business-partnering skills.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in the food, beverage, or FMCG sector.
• Knowledge of recruitment systems such as Workday.
