Junior Recruiter

Location: Amsterdam, on-site five days a week

Company

hirify.global builds robotics and software to automate on-site construction, developing hardware and software in-house.

What you will do

• Source candidates for high-volume robot operator and technician roles through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound applications.
• Screen CVs and applications against role-specific requirements and build strong shortlists.
• Conduct first calls, qualify candidates, and assess whether they meet the hiring bar.
• Schedule interviews, maintain accurate Ashby records, and keep the hiring pipeline moving.
• Provide a fast, respectful candidate experience and support recruiting or team events every couple of months.
• Progress toward owning full searches end to end as judgment and autonomy develop.

Requirements

• Early-career profile: recent graduate with strong internship experience or up to a few years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, operations, or a similarly independent role.
• Strong judgment about people, high standards, curiosity, and willingness to seek and apply feedback.
• Sharp organisation, reliability, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including confidence speaking with candidates on first calls.
• Genuine interest in technology and curiosity about robotics, operators, and construction.

Nice to have

• Recruiting or sourcing experience in-house or at an agency.
• Experience with high-volume or blue-collar hiring.
• Familiarity with Ashby or another applicant tracking system.
• Experience at a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
• Dutch language skills.
