TL;DR
Intern (f/m/d) Recruiting (Talent Acquisition): Supporting the full recruitment process through candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration with an accent on active sourcing and candidate experience. Focus on building talent pipelines, maintaining organized recruitment data, and supporting employer branding activities in an international e-pharmacy environment.
Location: Sevenum, Netherlands. The role is primarily office-based, with remote work available up to 1–2 days per week after onboarding. A car or motorcycle is required because there is no public transport connection to the workplace.
Salary: €900 per month, plus a travel allowance.

What you will do
- Identify and engage candidates through active sourcing across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for open positions.
- Screen CVs and support recruiters in assessing suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and help provide a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate data and support recruitment administration.
- Contribute to employer branding and daily talent acquisition activities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn about talent acquisition.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- A driver’s license and a car or motorcycle are required for commuting to Sevenum.
Nice to have
- Experience with recruiting tools.
- German language skills.
