Localisation Project Manager

Location: London, UK; requires 3 days per week in the office. This is not a fully remote position. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Review and acknowledge files submitted for translation and localisation.
• Prepare files and create projects in translation management systems.
• Assign work to external language vendors and coordinate project handoffs.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor queries, resolving issues and clarifying requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of localised files and review vendor quotes and billing summaries.
• Provide technical support for localisation tools and participate in production syncs and project meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in client-side localisation project management and in an LSP environment.
• Experience with enterprise localisation tools and technologies, including WorldServer or another translation management system.
• Experience working with HTML, XML, InDesign, Photoshop, and productivity or content file formats.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Interest in technology and experience with consumer technology products.
• Existing right to work in the UK is required.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in a language other than English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
