Warehouse Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Oversee warehouse operations, receiving, shipment verification, material handling, inventory updates, and cycle counts.
• Supervise warehouse employees, coordinate staffing coverage, train new hires, and reassess training needs.
• Inspect warehouse facilities and equipment, coordinate repairs with vendors and forklift mechanics, and escalate high-cost repairs.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with production, sales, records control, and purchasing.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe warehouse operations and support personnel safety and plant protection activities.
• Serve as the warehouse WMS SuperUser and oversee warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar field.
• At least 4 years of experience in the position or a comparable role.
• At least 4 years of experience managing people or projects.
• High school diploma required.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• No foreign language is required.

Nice to have

• 6 years of experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or a similar field.
• 6 years of experience in the position and managing people or projects.
• Associate's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
