Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite per week
Salary: $44.14–$109.51 per hour

What you will do
- Provide individualized oncology nursing care, assessment, education, documentation, and care coordination.
- Serve as the primary nursing contact and liaison among patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct patient education, call triage, new-patient calls, referrals, and transitions across active treatment, survivorship, chronic cancer management, and end-of-life care.
- Support treatment-goal discussions, advance directives, palliative care, psychosocial needs, and shared decision-making.
- Participate in program evaluation, QA/QI projects, research activities, and outcome tracking.
- Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, evidence-based practice, and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred. Associate-degree holders must complete a BSN within four years.
- At least one year of recent Registered Nurse experience.
- Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or, as appropriate, the State of New Hampshire.
- AHA Basic Life Support certification required; AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support is accepted as the minimum requirement.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, organizational, problem-solving, independent decision-making, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
- Experience in ambulatory care or oncology is preferred.
Nice to have
- Professional nursing certification such as OCN, BMTCN, CPHON, AOCNP, CRNI, or RN-BC.
- Experience supporting young adults through geriatric patients.
