Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist (AI)

hirify.global is a deep-tech startup building an AI-powered platform for personalized medicine and patient screening.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruitment across science, engineering, regulatory, clinical, and business functions.
• Source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, and create market maps for photonics, AI/ML, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations.
• Coordinate structured interviews and translate hiring needs into role scopes and interview plans with hiring managers and function leads.
• Manage procurement for lab consumables, equipment, and office supplies, including supplier research, quote comparison, ordering, and tracking.
• Process supplier invoices, track payments, and coordinate documentation with finance and accounting.
• Manage administrative tasks, logistics for the Portugal and UK teams, and process improvements as the company scales.

Requirements

• Proven recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including headhunting for hard-to-source or specialist roles.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools is mandatory, including for sourcing, screening, outreach drafting, and market mapping.
• Experience working in a startup environment with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and process building.
• Strong operator mindset with the ability to manage recruiting, supplier coordination, invoices, and administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is required.
• High ownership, reliable follow-through, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in medtech, biotech, or deep-tech hiring.
• Ability to discuss candidate quality with specialists in photonics, regulatory affairs, and related fields.
