Product Lead (AI Finance)

Location: Remote, but candidates must already be based in South Korea

What you will do

• Lead product direction for major areas of an AI-powered neobank app.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, product standards and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
• Guide product managers, product owners, designers and engineers toward clear execution.
• Shape products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services.
• Turn regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive launch quality, post-launch learning and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading digital product areas rather than only individual features.
• Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Strong judgement in prioritization, trade-offs and product sequencing.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, rapid change and senior stakeholder pressure.
• Strong English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or mentoring product managers, product owners or cross-functional squads.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications or regulated products.
