Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with 2–3 days onsite per week
Salary: $44.14–$109.51 per hour

What you will do
- Provide oncology nursing care for a defined patient population, including assessment, education, coordination, documentation, and call triage.
- Serve as the primary nursing contact and liaison among patients, families, caregivers, and providers.
- Coordinate care across treatment, survivorship, chronic cancer management, and end-of-life care.
- Provide psychosocial support, facilitate referrals, and advocate for shared decision making and patient-centered goals of care.
- Track program metrics and outcomes and contribute to program development, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support clinical research, professional reports, presentations, committees, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred. Associate-degree nurses must complete a BSN within four years.
- Completion of the Oncology Nurse Residency Program or at least one year of recent Registered Nurse experience.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or New Hampshire, as appropriate, is required.
- AHA Basic Life Support certification is required; AHA ACLS is accepted as the minimum requirement.
- Critical thinking, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team and provide care for patients from young adulthood through geriatrics.
Nice to have
- Ambulatory or oncology nursing experience.
- Professional certification such as OCN, BMTCN, CPHON, AOCNP, CRNI, or RN-BC.
