Managing Consultant - Public Services - Denmark

What you will do

• Lead complex analysis, strategy, operating model, and transformation workstreams for public sector programmes.
• Act as a senior voice on client engagements and shape recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Support the design and implementation of governance structures and organisational transformations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients in complex organisational and political environments.
• Identify opportunities, shape proposals, and support new business conversion and growth in Denmark.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Experience delivering strategy, operating model, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of public sector structures, governance, and operating environments.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and client growth.
• Right to live and work in Denmark, with the ability to work onsite in Copenhagen.

• Experience with digital transformation, data, or business process improvement.
