Managing Consultant (Clinical Trials Transformation)

What you will do

• Build relationships with senior pharmaceutical executives and identify opportunities for clinical trials transformation engagements.
• Lead client discussions, proposals, bid responses, and tailored consulting solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies that transform clinical trial operations and adjacent functional domains.
• Streamline clinical trial processes, improve data quality and efficiency, and accelerate timelines.
• Promote artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital solutions for patient recruitment, data collection, and trial monitoring.
• Oversee transformation projects, monitor KPIs, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with clinical development regulations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of management consulting experience focused on the life sciences industry, or a combination of advisory and internal managerial experience at a large client or pharmaceutical company.
• Proven experience in clinical development and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical-sector challenges and opportunities.
• Successful delivery of projects involving strategy development, process improvement, and technology implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Verifiable sales experience and a strong network in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
• Fluency in Danish and English is essential. A Master's degree is ideal.
