What you will do

• Manage multiple complex, cross-functional technical projects from concept to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility in partnership with functional teams.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring budget adherence.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules and risk analysis.
• Use metrics and KPIs to measure performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive internal process improvements and remove gaps across multiple functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of related experience in project or program management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate updates to client executives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk management and metric tracking.
• In-depth experience with project documentation, spreadsheets, and presentation materials.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
