Senior Product Manager – Risk Intelligence (SaaS)

Location: Auckland, Remote

Salary: $111,700–$186,200 per year

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Risk Intelligence.
• Lead engineering, design, and marketing teams in delivering product features and enhancements.
• Collect and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to guide product decisions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and actionable development tasks.
• Ensure seamless integration of APIs and data sources to expand product capabilities.
• Partner with sales and customer success on go-to-market initiatives, adoption, and ongoing product performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, APIs, and product integrations.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions.
• Interest in emerging trends in critical event management and business continuity.
