IT Product Manager

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid in-office/remote schedule with the position residing in the Philadelphia office

What you will do

• Develop and communicate IT product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with firm goals and customer needs.
• Analyze product opportunities, gather and prioritize requirements, and manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate Agile sprints, releases, development teams, and software release management.
• Design new products and enhance existing functionality through business analysis, user experience management, and process development.
• Align internal and external stakeholders, communicate product updates, and gather end-user feedback.
• Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and facilitate user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of professional business analyst experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of product management experience, preferably in IT or software development.
• Experience supporting multiple large-scale, enterprise-wide IT initiatives in complex, multi-business-unit environments.
• Experience managing products throughout their lifecycle and working with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding, project management, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Services, Microsoft Online Products, Atlassian tools, IntApp, Elite Enterprise, or similar legal systems.
