Associate Client Service Specialist (Healthcare)

Annual base pay range: 79,000–146,700 PLN

What you will do

• Provide first-line support, answer client inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Assist with client account management, satisfaction, and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Manage ongoing client-requested services, including preparing and delivering databases and reports.
• Support the development and implementation of client service strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client service or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Polish and advanced English are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
