Capture Manager I (Defense and Security)

What you will do

• Lead capture activities for new business opportunities and recompetes from pursuit decision through contract award.
• Develop and execute capture plans and win strategies aligned with customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and business objectives.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams covering technical solutions, teaming, pricing, and proposal strategy.
• Manage customer, industry partner, and stakeholder relationships and identify partnering opportunities.
• Lead competitive assessments and the Price-to-Win process to establish supportable pricing strategies.
• Manage capture budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and Lead-to-Award milestones in collaboration with business leadership.

Requirements

• Only U.S. citizens are eligible due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
• Must be eligible for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Experience or expertise relevant to the customer, mission, or capability areas supported by the business development portfolio is preferred.
• Ability to work in an office and manufacturing facility environment.
• Ability to work overtime, on-call 24x7, and changing shifts or schedules as business needs require.
