Learning And Development Manager (m/w/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany — in-office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Facilitate sales enablement sessions and take responsibility for training delivery.
• Work with country Learning and Development managers to improve induction and upskilling programs for agents and leaders.
• Improve engagement with and utilisation of the Group Learning Hub, including learning metrics.
• Create local development frameworks for agents, graduates, and leadership with support from the Group Director of Learning and Development.
• Review new-starter onboarding and work with local leadership to reduce employee turnover within the 6–12 month cohort.
• Support the design, delivery, implementation, and evolution of induction and ongoing development programs, including the deployment of AI solutions into the learning journey.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or sales training.
• Strong working knowledge of the hirify.global product range, technology, and Salesforce.
• Strong facilitation, relationship management, communication, organisational, and motivational skills.
• Proven experience developing sales agents and working with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Full clean driving licence.
