TL;DR
Learning & Performance Business Partner (HR Learning and Performance): Driving performance management, talent development, and capability-building initiatives across Vodafone business units with an accent on stakeholder partnership, early-career development, and manager training. Focus on designing learning solutions, delivering the Discover Graduate Program, interpreting performance data, and coordinating multiple cross-functional projects.
Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece. Hybrid work combining remote and office-based work, including the option to work from abroad.

What you will do
- Drive performance management and talent development initiatives across all business units.
- Deliver targeted skills and talent projects with HR centres of expertise and business stakeholders.
- Design capability-building solutions for early-career employees and take end-to-end responsibility for the Discover Graduate Program.
- Conduct manager and employee training on goal setting, feedback, performance evaluation, and performance management best practices.
- Monitor and prioritize actions related to diversity targets, performance management, and development KPIs.
- Partner with market, cluster, and business HR teams to develop learning programs aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in HR, preferably in performance or talent management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across departments.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, assessment and evaluation, and developmental program design.
