Controlling Operations GBU Senior Financial Analyst (German Speaking)

Location: Budapest – hirify.global Business Operations, Váci Greens; hybrid work

Salary: HUF 10,944,000–14,592,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide operational controlling support for sales, gross-to-net, industrial costing, OPEX, and CAPEX activities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, rolling forecasts, monthly closings, scorecards, and variance commentary.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Budget Owners to track plans, headcount, project spend, and forecast assumptions.
• Oversee project opening, closing, capitalization, standard costing, POV analyses, and manufacturing performance monitoring.
• Identify risks, opportunities, process gaps, and improved ways of working across the designated region.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal controls, financial policies, and asset-management procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of diversified financial controlling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, data downloads, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across international workstreams, multiple systems, and a complex matrix environment.
• Fluent English and German at B2/C1 level required.
