Digital Graduate Trainee (E-commerce)

Location: Based on site in Elgin, UK. Full-time, fixed-term 12-month programme working 38 hours per week, generally Monday to Friday; peak periods may require five days out of seven, including weekends. Applicants must provide evidence of their right to remain and take up paid employment in the UK.

Salary: £26,577 per annum.

What you will do

• Support digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta.
• Prepare performance reports, monitor analytics, and identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Update website content, support merchandising, and assist with product launches, category management, and promotions.
• Contribute to customer experience, usability, onsite conversion, website testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders while supporting fulfilment targets and inventory processes.
• Provide customer service through email, telephone, and digital channels, and personalise products through embroidery and customisation services.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Digital, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Organised, proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage a varied workload across multiple departments.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning digital commerce, marketing, website management, logistics, analytics, and customer experience.
• Comfort using digital tools and willingness to develop technical and commercial knowledge.
• Receptiveness to feedback, direction, and mentorship.
