Senior CRM Executive (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Design and implement CRM strategies supporting customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Segment customer data and create personalised communications for diverse audiences.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to identify CRM improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, trading, brand, and campaign teams on aligned messaging.
• Mentor CRM Executives and promote best practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CRM experience, preferably in retail ecommerce.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling content.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRM initiative optimisation.
• Strong attention to detail and experience working cross-functionally.
