Working Student After Sales

What you will do

• Act as a contact person for national and international customers and distribution partners handling complaints.
• Ensure smooth complaint processes.
• Support the customer service team with operational tasks.
• Provide product advice and generate additional sales.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration or a comparable field at Bachelor or Master level.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality.
• Very good command of German and English.
• Initial experience in sales or service, preferably in customer relations within an international environment.
• Availability for 20 hours per week.
