What you will do

• Process and follow up on customer offers and orders within commercial and contractual requirements.
• Act as an interface between customers and internal departments, including the European headquarters in Germany.
• Manage customer complaints and respond to requests with the required documentation and information.
• Modernize procedures through continuous improvement and digitalization.
• Maintain customer accounts, pricing, and other data in ERP systems, while supporting CRM-related activities.
• Manage local warehouse replenishment, purchase orders, expiry-date controls using FIFO, inventories, and discrepancy analysis.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service orientation, responsiveness, flexibility, and team spirit.
• English at B2 level required; C1 is ideally preferred.
• Spanish at B1 level required; B2 is ideally preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an international and culturally diverse environment where English is the Group’s official language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Copilot.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
