System Operator for Japanese Skills

What you will do

• Analyze system problems and technical issues for customer projects.
• Document solutions and technical diagrams for project hand-off.
• Test, modify, automate, and integrate systems across platforms.
• Support long-term IT infrastructure planning and operational execution.
• Identify technical and timeline risks early and provide solutions.
• Manage client communication, expectations, and negotiations.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar IT or technical role.
• Fluent Japanese with JLPT N3 or above, including translation and interpretation.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in networks, hardware, software, and technical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum or project management.
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• JLPT N2 or above certification.
• Exposure to cloud environments, cloud technologies, databases, or programming languages.
• Experience working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural team.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences and manage multiple deadlines independently.
