Mgr Network Operations

Location: Pune, India; office-based role

Enterprise organization operating global, multi-site IT environments.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operations across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and data center networks.
• Design and manage highly available, scalable, and secure network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Implement hybrid connectivity using VPC/VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Lead troubleshooting, major incident management, disaster recovery planning, and network resiliency initiatives.
• Own SLA performance, vendor management, service metrics, monitoring, and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Mentor the network operations team and drive automation, modernization, software-defined networking, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of network infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Cisco routing and switching, data center networking, MPLS, SD-WAN, and wireless networking.
• Experience with networking services on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of hybrid connectivity, cloud-native security controls, and cloud-hosted workloads.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience, plus strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network automation tools, monitoring and observability platforms, and ITIL processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience in global or multi-site organizations.
