Enterprise Solution Architect (AI, Hybrid-infra & Migrations) - Supply Chain BU (AI)

What you will do

• Define target-state architectures across hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Develop migration strategies, transformation roadmaps, and reference architectures for enterprise workloads.
• Lead infrastructure, application, database, data platform, and application modernisation initiatives.
• Design networking, identity, security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and automation architectures.
• Define replication, synchronisation, dependency mapping, and cutover strategies while ensuring availability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Evaluate distributed inference and AI platform deployment strategies, including scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure patterns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution, enterprise, infrastructure architecture, or related roles.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise migration and modernisation programmes.
• Strong expertise in hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, enterprise datacentres, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with infrastructure and platform engineering, security architecture and governance, enterprise workload modernisation, and data platform migration.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, including executive engagement and translating business objectives into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and RFP responses; English proficiency is required.
