Salary: £33,280–£36,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Provide leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and support company initiatives across store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and KPIs.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and team development.
• Build an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-centric store culture, including clienteling strategies for long-term customer relationships.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support and enforce company and store operating procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch during store activities.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds and occasionally handle products, cartons, props, or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, customer focus, communication, and team-building capabilities.
