What you will do

• Generate hypotheses about how targets, pathways, and cell types or states drive disease by integrating multi-omics, multimodal, real-world, and clinical data.
• Apply analytical methods to investigate disease and drug mechanisms across immunology, neurology, and oncology.
• Design intelligent agentic workflows that streamline the deployment of algorithms and computational models.
• Lead projects involving experiment design, data analytics, outsourced workflows, and mechanistic assays including organoid, CRISPR, and proteomics studies.
• Collaborate with academic, industry, and internal partners on method development and disease-focused research.
• Lead presentations and publications while mentoring interns and junior scientists.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in systems biology, computational biology, biostatistics, a biological or biomedical science, or a related quantitative or disease field.
• At least two years of post-doctoral experience in a relevant academic or industry role.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, AI, and building or deploying agentic analysis workflows.
• Deep practical knowledge of multi-omics and/or multimodal data analysis, including extracting actionable conclusions.
• Relevant disease-area experience in immunology, neurology, or oncology, plus a record of productivity and impact through publications or patents.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
