What you will do

• Apply computational, agentic, and AI-driven approaches to generate mechanistic insights and refine therapeutic hypotheses.
• Design, execute, analyze, and interpret studies investigating disease mechanisms and therapeutic hypotheses.
• Generate experimental data supporting target identification, validation, and progression of inflammation research programs.
• Integrate experimental findings with literature, human genetics, clinical observations, and other data sources.
• Contribute data-driven recommendations to target reviews, portfolio evaluations, project teams, and governance forums.
• Present scientific findings, maintain accurate documentation, and support organizational knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with relevant postdoctoral experience where applicable, plus 2 years of industry experience in inflammation or immunology research.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree with 5 years, or a bachelor’s degree with 7 years, of industry experience in inflammation or immunology research.
• Experience working effectively in collaborative, matrixed research environments.
• Ability to balance scientific rigor with urgency and adaptability.
