TL;DR
Program Manager (Workday): Leading the HR IT program and Workday HCM deployment across configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare with an accent on multi-country delivery, governance, data quality, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on managing cross-program dependencies, driving adoption across entities, and expanding the roadmap into Workday Finance & Billing and other Finance IT applications.
Location: Levallois-Perret, France; hybrid work model with 108 remote days per year

What you will do
- Lead Workday HCM deployment milestones, including configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare.
- Coordinate Workday integrators and internal HR, Finance, IT, Data, and AI stakeholders.
- Manage cross-program dependencies, data quality, planning, delivery, budget, risks, and program documentation.
- Facilitate steering committees, report status to senior sponsors, escalate blockers, and support stakeholder arbitration.
- Coordinate the super-user network, adoption plans, training coverage, and post-go-live satisfaction across entities.
- From 2027, expand the scope to Finance IT applications and define the multi-year HR and Finance IT roadmap with the CHRO and CFO.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT program or project management.
- Ability to work between HR business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Structured communication skills and confidence reporting to senior sponsors.
- Experience delivering multi-country deployments.
- Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Hands-on Workday HCM deployment experience as a program manager or functional lead.
- Experience with Workday Financials, Billing, or HRIS integrations and data flows.
- Professional services or consulting industry experience.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methods.
