Associate Director, Field Reporting & Intelligence (AI)

Location: Cambridge, MA, United States. The role is listed for US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $133,500–$192,833.33 per year, commensurate with demonstrated experience.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management of commercial reporting and analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Establish standardized KPI definitions, semantic models, reporting logic, and data governance practices across commercial analytics platforms.
• Implement and govern AI-enabled conversational analytics, LLM-powered analytics, AI agents, and automated reporting workflows.
• Direct development, QA, maintenance, operational support, intake, prioritization, and governance across hub teams.
• Translate complex commercial data into actionable insights and scale self-service analytics for field and business decision-making.
• Partner with Field Leadership, Brand Teams, Commercial Operations, Data Engineering, and Digital teams to drive adoption and change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in commercial reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with pharmaceutical commercial data sources, semantic data models, KPI governance, or business rules frameworks is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, digital analytics, and offshore or hub operating models.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, communication, influencing, analytical, and change leadership skills.
