Associate Director, Information Systems (AI)

Salary: $171,556.35–$232,105.65 per year

What you will do

• Lead the technology strategy and delivery for products supporting Coverage Pricing Intelligence, CapAI, and Pricing capabilities.
• Own product roadmaps, investment priorities, release plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders, engineers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Lead Agile execution, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and dependency management.
• Drive AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics initiatives for commercial operations and decision-making.
• Oversee platform operations, production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Doctorate and 3 years, master’s degree and 7 years, bachelor’s degree and 9 years, associate’s degree and 12 years, or high school diploma/GED and 14 years of Information Systems experience.
• At least 3 years of direct people management or leadership experience guiding teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Experience with enterprise technology products or platforms for analytics, pricing, commercial operations, business intelligence, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Databricks, Python, SQL, Apache Spark, cloud-native data engineering, scalable data pipelines, and AWS.
• Experience delivering data science, machine learning, and AI-powered products from concept through production, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, governance, security, privacy, regulatory requirements, Agile product organizations, and SAFe methodologies.
