Relationship Manager Senior Specialty Deposits (Treasury Services)

Location: In-office in Los Angeles or Long Beach, California, US

Salary: $111,408–$189,738 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop new deposit relationships and create relationship plans and calling schedules for clients and prospects.
• Promote Treasury Services and other banking products to escrow, title, property management, 1031 exchange, and contractor retention escrow clients.
• Manage portfolio profitability, account activity, client retention, cross-selling, and relationship risk.
• Negotiate transactions, price Treasury Services products, and support the documentation and closing of loan transactions.
• Monitor compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, credit standards, and risk controls.
• Maintain sales-call records, expense reports, portfolio analyses, and management reports while partnering with internal bank departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relationship management experience with Treasury Services deposit-based clients or portfolios in financial services.
• At least 3 years of Treasury Services or Treasury Deposits product sales and new-business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Services products, policies, procedures, and bank operations.
• Demonstrated sales, marketing, communication, credit analysis, and accounting skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and make sound business decisions within delegated authority.
