Senior Account Manager, Banking

Location: Denver, Colorado; office-based with onsite presence required

Salary: $67,500–$111,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for complex client and partner inquiries about banking products and services.
• Support tailored banking and treasury management solutions, account administration, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Conduct initial credit due diligence by gathering financial statements, researching industries, assessing feasibility, and compiling documentation.
• Coordinate with the National Credit Center and internal servicing teams throughout credit underwriting and daily transaction activity.
• Manage payments, fees, borrowing transactions, account openings, exception processing, overdrafts, and credit file maintenance.
• Resolve operational issues, maintain accurate account information, and identify improvements to service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, client servicing, or accounting-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services and an understanding of banking functions and credit processes.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.
