Product Manager III - Small Business (Fintech)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, or New York, New York, US

Starting base salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for non-interest-bearing deposit products, defining priorities, features, and enhancements.
• Track applications, balances, retention, and other metrics to guide product improvements.
• Conduct client, sales colleague, competitive, vendor, and fintech partner research.
• Lead resolution of client inquiries and operational challenges with Relationship Managers and Operations teams.
• Assess risks, maintain compliance controls and documentation, and support FDIC and OCC regulatory requirements.
• Define product requirements, coordinate delivery with Technology and Operations, communicate recommendations to leadership, and escalate execution risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of banking product management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with small business lending and deposit products.
• At least 3 years of experience managing medium to large projects.
• Knowledge of deposit, loan, and branch service products and the U.S. regulatory environment.
• Analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, Tableau or Excel, and Agile skills.

Nice to have

• Cash or Treasury product experience.
• Additional deposit product experience.
