What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution of medium to large, full-service, multi-regional oncology clinical studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans and operationalize project strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project delivery, milestones, quality, timelines, costs, risks, contingencies, and scope changes.
• Lead bid defense preparations and presentations in partnership with business development.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing stakeholder communication and relationships.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, mentor less experienced members, and support staff development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• More than 7 years of clinical research experience, including 4 years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and applicable local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead through others, collaborate across geographies, manage conflicting priorities, and make decisions based on complex information.
• Good command of English is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software is also required.
