Senior Project Manager, eCOA Implementation

Salary: $88,100–$220,200 annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of moderately complex eCOA implementation projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Define and monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, quality, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal staff, vendors, stakeholders, and project teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Lead customer communication, status meetings, reporting, requirements gathering, and solution proposals.
• Provide technical direction for software development, clinical technology, and systems integration activities.
• Manage study documentation, corrective actions, lessons learned, and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• In-depth project management experience, ideally in clinical research, with a thorough understanding of project management principles.
• Understanding of the clinical research environment and GCP principles.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong leadership, communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Technical background or hands-on experience with software development and clinical technologies such as EDC, eCOA, and IWRS.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to manage changing priorities and competing demands.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
