Clinical Project Manager Director (MASH)

Salary: $125,900–$350,900 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Direct the delivery of complex, global, multi-regional clinical studies and study programs from proposal development through close-out.
• Develop delivery strategies, support RFP responses, and lead bid defense presentations for large, multi-service programs.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, set objectives, monitor performance, and support team development.
• Manage study risks, quality issues, corrective and preventive action plans, escalations, and change control.
• Own customer relationships, communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders, and drive consistency across portfolios.
• Manage project financial performance, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities to accelerate delivery or expand scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Required: MASH experience.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 8 years in project management or a related functional area.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and applicable local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Strong English communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, customer management, and mentoring skills.
• Experience managing project financials, contractual obligations, cross-functional collaboration, and Microsoft Office applications.
