Salary: $93,100–$232,800 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead global and regional clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
• Develop and execute study management plans aligned with contracts and project strategy.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, financials, and risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and mentor team members.
• Act as the primary contact for sponsors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience, including at least 1 year in project management.
• Strong therapeutic expertise in Internal Medicine.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of project financials and contract management.
