Base pay: $93,100–$232,800 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex global and multi-regional clinical trials from study start-up through close-out.
• Act as the strategic partner for pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors.
• Direct cross-functional teams across multiple regions and promote accountability and collaboration.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, quality, risks, financial performance, and operational delivery.
• Drive issue resolution, decision-making, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related scientific discipline.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including significant project management experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional clinical trials in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and senior stakeholder management skills.
