Senior Analyst, Learning Governance - External Programs (Healthcare)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain the centralized inventory of external learning programs in the global learning management system.
• Track program stages from intake and design through testing, launch, adoption, refresh, and retirement.
• Coordinate LMS configuration, deployment, archival, and system optimization with Global Learning and HR IT.
• Partner with program stakeholders and content owners to translate requirements into LMS structures and ensure data and taxonomy integrity.
• Apply governance standards, monitor risks and gaps, and contribute to governance forums and program review meetings.
• Build dashboards, analyze adoption and completion data, and provide portfolio health, audit, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in learning operations, learning program management, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of learning management systems; Cornerstone experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Planner, and Forms.
• Experience with training lifecycle management, learning analytics, and work in a matrixed global organization.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, systems-thinking, and operational excellence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated training environments.
• Knowledge of patient education or healthcare professional training programs.
• Understanding of learning standards, metadata governance, and taxonomy frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to global learning ecosystems and governance models.
