Data Analyst (Advana)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; on-site. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $85,000–$184,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze Advana platform data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.
• Define analytical requirements with stakeholders and develop data collection, analysis, and visualization methodologies.
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics covering performance, costs, usage, and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and apply statistical methods, data mining, and predictive analytics to forecast future needs.
• Validate data accuracy, document analytical processes, and develop reusable analytical components.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data systems, implement improvements, evaluate analytics tools, and train users.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance required.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Junior: 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Journeyman: 4–7 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Senior: 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Professional English proficiency, strong communication skills, self-starter mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• GSEC, SSCP, or Security+ certification for Junior/Journeyman roles.
• CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC certification for Senior roles.
