Event Sales Manager, Hotel Services - Phoenix/Scottsdale (Hospitality)

Location: Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, United States

Salary: $55,000.00–$55,000.01 per year, with potential eligibility for overtime, bonuses, or incentives.

What you will do

• Generate revenue by prospecting, consulting with customers, and securing event business.
• Prepare and present timely quotes and proposals through venue booking systems and other assigned channels.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to capture and service events.
• Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, customer meetings, and venue meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and hotel personnel while creating personalized event experiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity data.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or at least 1 year of hirify.global or equivalent experience.
• Technical aptitude and computer proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales processes.
• Ability to work in a hotel/convention center environment, including irregular hours, on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of technology sales or hospitality experience.
• Prior audiovisual sales experience.
